I'm Annabell— an optimistic realist, organizational consultant, and certified coach. Throughout my career, I've guided teams and leaders through challenges, fostering growth and transformation. With the founding of Wholy Work and its sister brands, Full Circle Training and Full Circle Coaching, I've created a holistic platform to empower my clients in every aspect of their journey.

With a background in sociology, I excel at identifying patterns and addressing challenges at their core. As both a manager and a mother, I deeply value balance and clarity of purpose—principles that guide my coaching approach. My Services

1:1 Coachings

Elevate your (self-) leadership journey within a 1-on-1 coaching sessions. This solution-focussed coaching experience is designed to empower you in overcoming personal challenges and achieving your goals.

  • My 1:1 online coaching sessions begin with a free 30-minute appointment to assess our chemistry, introduce you to my coaching style, and get to know you better. If the chemistry is right, we'll agree on a coaching contract and get started.

  • It's helpful if you've considered a topic or goal you'd like to work on with me in advance. Beyond that, there are no prerequisites to start coaching.

  • My coaching approach incorporates principles and practices of positive psychology and helps my coachees to change by developing solutions rather than focussing on problems. It bases on solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT): a short-term, goal-oriented and evidence-based therapeutic approach developed by Steve de Shazer (1940-2005) and Insoo Kim Berg (1934-2007) in collaboration with their colleagues at the Milwaukee Brief Family Therapy Centre in the late 1970s.

Team Coachings

Enhance your team’s performance with our regular coaching sessions. These tailored experiences are designed to enable collaboration, facilitate alignment and commit priorities, to overcome challenges and achieve collective goals.

  • Within a free initial online meeting with the team leader or the team, I aim to understand the reason for the coaching and introduce my approach. If the chemistry is right, we'll agree on a coaching contract and get started. The Team Coaching itself can be hold in person or also remote.

  • It's helpful if you've considered a topic or goal you'd like to work on with me in advance. Beyond that, there are no prerequisites to start coaching.
